iPhone Getting error while updating 3gs

hi... i m getting this error on my itunes.. while i am updating my 3gs to ios 6.0.1
please help me out with this problem..

Make sure your hosts file points to apples activation servers and you don't have any firewall or other program blocking any ports or connections.
