New to using Safari and would rather use it as it drains less battery and then I can double-tap to zoom in.
However, I can't see the icons at the top denoting what page they are. As in the "f" logo for facebook, ebay logo for ebay, etc.
Any way to activate them?
Cheers

There's no way to get them on Safari on the iPad

Have you tried looking at the page you're on instead of the minuscule favicon to determine the website you're browsing? :p

G'day, meant the Macbook Pro sorry
I can't see any icons, favicon or otherwise.
Chrome, for instance, show the icon before the text denoting what page it is.
Cheers :)

I'm assuming there's no way to do this then :(
Sucks big time, as there 's no trackpad-only shortcut to zoom in using Chrome. There also isn't an incognito function, which is a real pity.
If anyone knows how to do either of these, let me know :)

Favicons work just fine in Safari. You might try resetting the browser if they aren't working for you.

I'm not familiar with the "incognito function" but that sounds an awful lot like Private Browsing which Safari can do just fine.

Just re-installed Safari and still can't get favicons appearing on the tabs :(
Back to Chrome I guess....
