On my older two (4gb Mini, 30gb Video) iPods I have never really worried much at all about cover art since it didn't really play as much into it with the much smaller screens. With the iPhone though, I found myself wanting to not have so many songs with just the default background so I got iTunes to look for artwork and tracked down the missing artwork for the albums that I have on the iPhone myself. I then went through and updated the artwork for those albums in iTunes manually (in iTunes itself, not selecting the files on the on the iPhone), figuring that it was better to do it in the central place where the files originated. However- it seems that when you sync it iPhone it doesn't pick up the changed files and update them on the iPhone so they have the artwork. Is there a setting someplace to change this, or am I going to have to go through and manually update the artwork both on the iPhone and my iTunes library? I have the library set to be manually managed in the iPhone BTW. Thanks!
