Getting MMS settings for Iphone 3gs

My phone is jail-broken and unlocked. I have tried a few suggestions that I have seen online downloading packages from cydia. But I only have an option for 'Cellular Data' on/off. There is no option for me to enter an APN details, etc which they all require. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Phone: iPhone 3GS
Firmare: iOS 4.1
Modem Firmware: 06.15.00

TetherMe will enable the APN settings. Also Commcenter hacking and then editing the carrier.plist with the following:

<true/>
<key>AllowEDGEEditing</key>

<key>AllowMMSCEditing</key>
<true/>
<key>AllowMMSEditing</key>
<true/>

Should enable APN editing. You may need to undo your hacks that you have already installed if you go the commcenter route.
