iPod getting my iPod to shuffle by album??

I mostly use my ipod for recording, reviewing, and studying talks by speakers and mentors in my business. iTunes will shuffle by album which makes for less confusing studies, but how can i get my iPod to do the same???

on your ipod from the main menu to go settings > shuffle and album is the second selection after songs
