I guess first I should point out that I did jailbreak it with redsn0w back in August, but I removed it about a week after. I thought it was fine but now recently my iPhone has been telling me that a "restore is needed" and there's no service at all. I tried turning it on airplane mode, resetting all network settings, and even restarting it but that only last for so long.

Two days ago I restored it and it seemed fine even after updating it to the new iOS 5 yesterday...until now. Now it's constantly shifting between a full row of bars, to "searching", to no bars, to "no service". Not in any particular order either. My grandma keeps telling me to take it up to the Genius Bar/Apple store/whatever but I'm afraid they'll ask if the phone was jailbroken or even allude to it and not help...

Also, it's not locking by itself anymore. Just noticed this.

I need help, opinions, whatever. But mainly help, yes. D=
