Getting OS X up to date without Internet

I bought my in-laws an eMac. They do not yet have the Internet, but I want them to be updated when I install the Tiger disc (10.4.4) that came with their machine.

I was planning on bringing this file with me. Will this get them from 10.4.4 to 10.4.11?

In case you run into the same trouble many of us have had with the 4.11 update - here is what to do if you have problems after the update:

1. Do an archive re-install using installation disc
2. Create a new Admin Account (to eliminate preference file issues)
5. Log out and back in as the new admin
6. Install the update (again 😉)
