Getting regular Apple Pay failures in OS 15.6 RC

Getting this erratically recently, I'll start an Apple Pay transaction on a website. Everything will pop up, the red fingerprint will appear, it thinks for a moment, and then the red fingerprint disappears. Nothing I can do will make the transaction work. Then, when I try it on something else, it works perfectly.

Anyone else been having this problem? (Just about to report to Apple on feedback. )

For what it's worth, some things I've run into:

- There is a CAPTCHA on the website that perhaps is way down on the page below the Apple Pay button

- The site expects you to fill out shipping address, etc even though you are using Apple Pay

- The shipping address information is filled out, but it is wrong, perhaps wrong zip code

Other ideas:

- Check all of your Apple Account information, look for errors and fix

- Check everything in Wallet having to do with Payment Information
