Hey all -

I am getting my powerbook replaced via applecare as it is now on its 4th hard drive and still having issues. My question is, does anyone know if apple replaces with new or refurbished models? I know the applecare says it may replace with new or used, but I was wondering what replacements members here have received.

Thanks
