getting rid of narration

Is there an application that will get rid of speech/narration in a video, so one can make dubbing?

Can you separate the audio tracks?

Is there any other audio on the video? If so, no. If not then import in iMovie and you can then detach the audio and delete if required.

Both narration and movie sound are in one track.
