Settings > General > Keyboard > Predictive

Shortcut: long press the keyboard key between the numbers button and the dictation button. There's a predictive text toggle there.

When keyboard appears, tap and hold the emoji icon to see Predictive. Turn it off, that's it.

So this seems to just turn the feature off. Is there a way to delete certain words from memory?

Looks like everyone misread you...

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Dictionary Keyboard > Reset Dictionary

And BAMMMMMM! Simple as that!
