getting screen replaced at Apple store - question

My 6+ screen's cracked so I made an appointment with the Apple Store to get it replaced. My phone's Jailbroken and I don't want to wipe it and have to put un-JBable 8.1.3 on it before I take it in. This is maybe a silly question, but are they going to see my device is JB'ed and not fix it?

They are just going to replace the device because of the Touch ID (happened to me on my 5s)
