I've been trying to stumble on the right phrase to get Siri to display movie times but all it does is list the nearest movie theaters and link each of them to Google Maps, even when asking about specific movies and show times. Is there a specific phrase to trigger Siri to display this info correctly that I'm missing?

There are no movie time services tied in w/ Siri yet.

That's what I figured, despite seeing articles across the web indicating that Siri could show movie times, although I think that was when it was still a separate app. :D

Siri does not yet have a published API. As soon as she does, expect a plethora of apps integrated with Siri virtually overnight... Until then we will see a slow and steady expansion of capabilities based on Apples roadmap for the beta test.

By the way, download Apple's Trailers app if you haven't yet, it's pretty good and includes show times. This seems like the logical app for Siri to interface with, it's only a matter of time.

Cool I'll check it out, although I usually use Flixter for movie info. :D
