iPod touch Getting songs off ipod touch??

Is there a way to get songs off the ipod touch? I have a lot of albums on there that arent backed up and dont want to update until I get those off...has anyone developed a way yet since you cant use senuti or anything similar?

2. Download Senuti


it should work if you have these two apps.
i used this for getting some music of a friends ipod touch...(it was my music)
