Hi

I am interested in developing Apps for IPhone 3GS

Can anyone please explain me how to get started and what is the expertise in need ...i mean coding or language.

My recommendation would be to have a basic understanding of the C programming language. (know what a variable is, functions, scope, pointers, etc.) There are various tutorials online, or you can buy a book.

Then pick up a copy of "Programming in Objective-C 2.0":

Work through that, then start learning some of the iPhone specific stuff with this:
