getting the 3GS, quick question about app transfers.

currently I own an ipod touch and i have plenty of apps, and alot that i have paid for. If I set up the iphone acount to the same credit card and email address as the touch, will I be able to transfer my apps to the iphone?

I already paid for a bunch of apps and I dont see why this wouldnt be possible, but you know how apple is sometimes...

You should be able to do that if it is on the same account.
