I tried to look through these forums but it is overwhelming.
I have installed mobileme on my MacBook Pro and I have a new iphone.
I tried to sync through mobileme, just to get the things on my computer onto mobileme (I have not even thought of trying to deal with the iphone yet).
It says it is syncing and I get no error message.
However, when I sign onto mobileme - there are no events on my calendar and the contacts won't open at all.
Is this happening to everyone? Is there a delay before the things appear? Did it really work and now I just have to wait?
My goal is to get my calendar from my computer to my phone. Can you do this directly without mobileme as well?
Thanks!

You can do it without mobileme if you only want it to sync when your phone is connected to your computer. When syncing your iphone it is underneath the info tab.
You have to set up mobileme in each place separately for it to work. Set it up on the computer (under system preferences make sure the sync is automatic). Also you have to set it up in itunes (again under info tells you how). Then on your phone itself : http://www.apple.com/mobileme/setup...2.0&os=Mac&osVersion=10.5.4&iTunesVersion=7.7
