iPod Getting titles to show up when burning CDs

My friend just gave me a CD that he burned for me using easy CD creator for XP and when I put it in my car it showed the track title, artist name, etc. But when I burn CDs in Itunes this doesn't happen. How can I get tracks, titles, etc. to show up with either itunes or a separate (hopefully free) program?
 
The feature you are looking for is called "CD Text" and iTunes doesn't support it. Toast (not free, but equivalent to EZ CD Creator) does.

I knew I'd kick myself down the road for cheaping out on toast and buying popcorn instead. Anybody know of a program cheaper than toast that supports CD text? Maybe an Itunes plugin?
