I've been posting some of my home movies in mov/m4v format online. Not everyone likes this because of the QuickTime requirement. So, I'd prefer to get them into Flash. I've attempted to "Export using QuickTime" in iMovie '08 but I'm getting an error every time I try and export to Flash. Is there another way I can get my mov/m4v videos into a Flash format?

Sure. You can purchase Flash from Adobe; it comes with a video encoder that creates the Flash video files from a variety of input formats.
