Ordered mine at 5:45am on Friday from AT&T premier and both mine show processing. Nothing in fedex or ups tracking.

If it says it'll deliver by October 14th then worries no more. Apple comes through fairly regularly.

This isn't their first time doing this. I wouldn't be worries unless I didn't have shipping info by Thursday afternoon.
This same thing happened last year...
If AT&T / Apple says your phone will arrive on Oct 14th, then it will indeed arrive then. Most people actually had their phone arrive a day early.

They are trying to time the shipment so that there is less of a chance you'll get it early. I wouldn't worry.

Exactly. People were freaking out every day here because of the status of their shipment, and in the end, they were either delivered early or on time. I wouldn't put too much energy in worrying about it. Your phone will get to you by the end of the week.
If I were you I'd call Apple from my home phone and AT&T from my iPhone and demand answers! It's Tuesday, leaving only 3 days to get here from the date of launch. I would call at least every 30 minutes. Completely unacceptable!

When I ordered my iPhone 3GS for delivery it didn't even ship from China until 8 o'clock at the night the day before it was suppose to be delivered. Went all the way to Cleveland overnight and to my door by 8 in the morning. You will be fine.
Don't worry. Apple usually ships with 2 day shipping so most likely your phone as well as mine and many others will ship tomorrow. It will be here friday. JUST BELIEVE! 🙂 or on friday if you don't get it throw a tantrum and demands answers.
