If I'm not wrong, to use furiousmod, u need jailbreak and dont have jailbreak yet for ios7.

Here to confirm that it does NOT work on CDMA Sprint iPhone 4s, ios 7.

Used FuriousMod (PC) to unlock it...it said the unlock was successful, but it still needs activation, and nothing I've tried yet will activate the phone.

So now I have a very pretty phone running a very pretty OS that can't make calls.

Hey so I bought the gevey ultra s 2.0.2 nd I followed thorough the instructions it says my phone is unlocked but I still see my sprint service the iPhone I'm using is a iPhone 4S on 7.0 is there something I'm doing wrong or does not work with ios 7

The Gevey Ultra S doesn't work for Sprint iPhone 4S on iOS 7.

Hello elvis apprently users who have iphones that are GSM can update with the gevey Ultra S and the Rsim 8 without any problem !

but users that have CDMA iphone have to be patient i have a CDMA iphone 4s runing on iOs 6.0.2 unlocked withe gver Ultra S v2.02 and i did not update to iOs 7 unless i'm sure that it will work !

on the box it doesn't say anything if you want to know what gvey you have you got tu put out the gevey and sim out of the iphone and put them back so you will have something like that

I tried that. I took out the interposer, shut it off, restarted without a sim, it said needs to be activated. I inserted a white sim (reads rogers) and it said the same. Then I inserted the gevey and my network sim and it just started receiving the network signals. There was no 'welcome message' or anything of that sort!

I don't know what to tell you mine tells me that my iphone was succefully unlocked everytime i puted in and out !

I have a 4s that is locked to vodafone UK and I currently have the Gevey Ultra s 2.02 and it unlocks the phone to Bell Canada on IOS 6.1.3. Can anyone confirm that the gevey will unlock my phone after I update to IOS 7?

I have a dual band iPhone 4S (GSM/CDMA.. it's a model A1387) running on Gevey Ultra S v2.00. Not sure if there is a difference between 2.00 and 2.02. I'm running on iOS 6. Can I upgrade to 7? My main concern is if the Gevey Ultra S v2.00 is compatible with iOS 7.

As far as we know, there are no updates on GEVEY Ultra for iPhone 4 so meaning if you're planning to upgrade to ios 7, your iphone will be lock again and your best option will be factory unlock which today very expensive.

Hello, the gevey IOS 6 does supports ios 7.0 7.0.1 7.0.2 7.0.3 7.0.4! please note there will be new GEVEY IOS 7! will post soon.

Running CDMA version of the Gevey Ultra S 2.02 on a Verizon iPhone 4S, currently running iOS 5.1. This allows me to insert a SIM card and connect to my carrier. Now that there is an iOS 7 jailbreak, is it safe for me to update to iOS 7, jailbreak the device, install FuriousMod4s (for CDMA) and I will be back in business? There seems to be some confusion if this works for the CDMA iPhone 4s.

***Hi I think you can unlock it using gevey sim.
1. re-start you Iphone,(gevey sim with your network sim should be inserted on your iphone") when it is Powered on, there will be a Pop up says "decline / accept". please press the accept.
2. Go to Dial Pad: Dial 112 press call; and wait for the operator for 3secs and end the call.
3. go to settings. Go to Airplane Mode "ON" for 3 secs. and then turn it off and then wait for the "NO SIMCARD INSTALLED/INSERTED".
4 "ON again the Airplane mode for 3-4 secs. and turn it off. and wait for your networks signal"

** But if your base band was change, maybe it's not gonna work

Gevey ultra s sim: texting and calls are supported. Using 3G data seems to be tricky. Data roaming must be ON. Charges are 3 x's normal using GLOBE TELECOMM , Philippines pre-paid sim.
Also, the phone sent 5 SMS messages to +85263455477, a Hong Kong number. There's no record on the phone, but 90pesos were missing. Contacted Globe support. Was told my phone text that HKG number above. WHO IS THAT??
