just saw this I haven't from Redmond Pie checked further. says it's for 5.0.1 with basebands 1.0.11, 1.0.13 And 1.0.14 expected dispatch dates between the 3rd and 7th March. As always, due to the relatively high price tag (currently showing a pre order price of $54.99) associated with this unlock solution we would recommend exercising extreme caution when purchasing or waiting until the unlock has been proven to work for the masses.

There are a few SIM interposers, including the, Ultra S SIM, R-SIM, GPP SIM and TP SIM that claim to unlock the iPhone 4S on iOS 5 & 5.0.1 with basebands 1.0.11, 1.0.13 and 1.0.14. eBay has been flooded with the R-SIM for the past few days, with going prices of $25.00 to $85.00.

Only time will tell though, if any of these interposers actually work fro the masses.
