First of all it's not the low power mode that is enabled and the reason for this.
In both safari, instagram and facebook, videos and gifs stops autoplaying at random.
A hard reset sometimes helps, and I have tried resetting the network settings, but it keeps coming back at random.
The videos and gifs show a still picture and a play arrow on top of that. But it won't play, no matter what.
