Gift someone a tv show??

Latest version of Mac OS, iPad and iPhone OS. I want to gift a season of a show to a friend but don't see any options. Has Apple removed this feature?

none of the ways they say to do it seem to work anymore.

might be easiest, although less streamlined, to just buy a gift card and send a link to the show.
