I use this model Sapphire Radeon Nitro + RX 570 8GB without any problems. I use OpenCore to get my Bootscreen back AND Hardware Acceleration.
I use a 2x 6-pin female to 1x 8-pin male adapter to get the power to the card.

The card you ask for is a lower model of mine - it has only 4GB video memory and it is a less power consumption model (Pulse) - so yes, that card should work fine.

Yup, installed a gv-rx570gaming-4gd last week. Working perfectly so far.
