Giphy images not showing up in iMessage

Recently when someone sends me a Gif from GIPHY in an iMessage the only way I can see it is to click on a link in the message, it no longer just shows up. It will just say GIF image 1.2mb from GIPHY. I can see it after I press it and it opens in a window of its own until I hit Done to return to my message.
I have an iPhone 14 Pro with software up to date. Can’t think of a way to fix this? Any suggestions?

Seems to be both, I’ve been going through all of my settings and can’t even begin to think of anything to try - I just reset my phone but that didn’t do anything.
