I think it's the bikini that makes it creepy*. I'd love to think the author made her nearly naked because he was honing his mad Flash skillz making a realistic body, but somehow I doubt this.
Oddly, that does seem to be what it's all about. Here is the author's Web site, with some other "rag doll" simulation stuff and a pointer to the article explaining the animation physics being used.

I stand corrected! He seems really interested in the physics of it all, and a little bemused that the bikini lady got so popular. Some of the stuff on his website is really interesting.

You know, this would have been a whole lot better if he actually used a picture of a rag doll. It's just too weird to see a realistic picture of a person do that...

exactly. any doll or human shape without being an actual image of a person would have been better suited and not quite so creepy

her head is trapped between two bubbles. she's been hanging like this for a couple minutes now.

does anyone else get the distinct impression that hell is waiting with a gaping maw as they wantonly throw and contort a lifeless body? I feel dirty now...

Time to watch crazy ultra violent japanese cartoons!

Ha, I look at your avatar and wonder...don't you like creepy? The creepiness is the cool part.

I think it's pretty damn cool. This is the first time I have come across it unlike some, but it is strangely addicting somehow, and being at work I just caught myself playing for about 10 minutes straight, even though nothing changes.

I'll admit it is a little weird and strange, but I still like it :D

no kidding!! may the force be with you.

Calc for me when i was a junior in HS was... interesting...

I just started college and i am taking math 152 at OSU. math 152 is there highest math they offer at hte mansfield branch and so far it is easier then my HS course.

My suggestion is to make sure you don't get behind. It is not good to do that...trust me i know from experience!!

But good luck with the calc class!!

You at Ohio State or Oklahoma State?

Ok, now I'm gonna stop....

whoa that was awesome i could watch that all day

imagine watching that wasted....

I did watch that wasted last night, in real life! I was out club-hoping with three girlfriends and they feel down numerous times. Granted there were no random bubbles to break their falls and completely distort them, but they did hit a few chairs and couches, which proved interesting to me :D
