Any suggestions for a nice lady bag for my rMBP 15?
Moved the thread to the MBP forum for greater visibility on this issue, we have other threads about carrying cases in this thread so its a good fit.
My wife has a nice bag Michael Kors bag that has a spot for her system, but she has a 12.5 Lenovo Yogo, which is smaller. It was not cheap, $600+.
I use a $25 sleeve from Amazon, https://www.amazon.com/Mosiso-Shoul...1011_1_20?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1469121643&sr=1-20 and stick this inside my messenger bag.
I like the bags from Michael Kors, but they seem too small.
I believe the Jet Set Totes they sell can hold laptops up to 15" but I'm not sure whether that's for the medium or large size.
Tote, messenger or backpack?
Crumpled, Moshi and Herschel Supply may have something in a streetwise bent.
Else, you could poke through these results and see if any are suitable.
Damn, I was hoping there would be pics
Would this one work?
I think I'm into tote and Moshi and Michael Kors looks interesting.
Also I'm thinking about this one though it's not laptop bag, but together with a sleeve it will do
LV is a little beyond my budget
Oh come on.. you know you wanna spend $2000 on a laptop bag.
No vendors selling knockoffs?
I just use this and put it into whatever tote bag I'm using that day along with my other stuff so that I'm not carrying separate bags. I can use any of my many totes or purses to coordinate as needed rather than just being stuck with the one bag to carry it in.
I'd recommend looking at the designer Kate Spade. Her bag designs are really nice and similar price range as Michael Kors.
Best option would be what E3BK said, purchase a good quality sleeve and use bags you already own if you have bags large enough
What's funny is that I have some really great bags that work including a Kate Spade. But the one I use the most is one I got from Nordstrom for $50. It gets so many compliments.
