but this time i just want to state how outstanding applecare is.
i accidentally closed it on my juul, given its black on black its hard to see sometime, that created a gap between the hinge and the screen, i told apple what happened and they state its not a problem and will cover it under my cosmetic "defect" on my 3 year applecare, and since its going in for repair, i ask them if they can check out the battery as well since i'm noticing i have been attached to the wall socket more often than prior.
now here is the part that really excel my expectation.
-Tuesday night: i created the case with apple support
-Wednesday morning: i got the shipping box from apple, promptly dropped it off at 5pm.
-Thursday morning: got a email told me they have received the shipment and the repair has been completed and shipped (WTH?!)
-Friday morning: fedex delivered.

___new top case where previously i had scratches on,
___the hinge does not have a gap now
they fixed things i didn't even ask for?
does apple hire ninjas now? apple has been taking direction in their design approach that i don't agree with cough*butterfly keyboard*cough. but their repair service is on another level, as long as you are in warranty
