Glitching Display During Startup - 2018 Intel

Hi everyone - I have a 2018 i7 Mac Mini that briefly glitches every time I start it up. I did a clean install, reset nvram, and ran a hardware diagnostic which said "no issues found". Anyone know what this might be?
