Global custom hotkey app ?

I'm looking for an app to use system-wide custom hotkeys ...

Currently using Spark but it's no longer in development so I'd like something that actually gets updates once in a while. (so no Quicksilver either)

Will the built in OS X custom keyboard shortcuts not work for this?

System Prefs > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts > Application Shortcuts (using All Applications)

No, I'm using these functions for example:

F5 - launch Anxiety
F6 - start iTunes DJ playlist

can't be done with the built in solution ...
