Anyone else seeing this? Can't swipe or scroll. Tried turning off/on, re-setting it up. Toggling all controls in Mouse control panel. Right clicking still work.
EDIT: Does only pertain to Safari seemingly. And no swiping between full screen apps 🙁
EDIT 2: It's definitely a swiping bug. Swiping in Safari stops scrolling and doesn't perform the back / forward action. It looks like swiping is just taking a long time as it will move the tab over intermittently. See attached screenshot; I was typing in this window as the tab slid over about 50px every 30 seconds. Reloading fixed it (until I try to swipe again).
EDIT 3: After my entire screen started swiping after ten minutes I had to force a safe boot. Worked in Safe Boot, and then with a regular boot. Strangest bug I ever saw. Let's hope it stays away.
