Hi everyone, sorry if this post comes off very noob like first time poster :/ Anyway, the iOS 7 GM is what is being released to the public so, how would I download/Install it now and would it do anything to mess up my phone?

We can't help you install it using unofficial methods as it's against the forum rules.

To update on Wednesday you should get an alert on your phone when it's available to download over the air, or you can connect your phone to iTunes on your PC/Mac and install it that way.
