GM OTA update not showing?

I know it's better to do a clean instal from computer but I'm not home so I want to update OTA. Anyone else have the problem of it not showing up yet? I have an ipad 2 and 4s. Both saying I'm up to date on both.

Can't OTA to GM, you need iTunes.

I don't have my computer right now. Is it not possible to update OTA? my phone says it's up to date.
