GM WiFi Calling on AT&T 5S?

Can anyone that has installed the GM iOS 9 on an AT&T 5S please tell me if wifi calling is now an option? In beta, some got it and some didn't. I didn't. I'm hoping it's included with the full release. Thanks for all replies.

Nope, active on my 6 not on my girlfriend's 5s. I believe ATT can allow certain IMEI ranges and they know which product is which.

same here, my 6 has wifi calling enabled, wife's 5s does not have the option at all with GM installed on both.
