I've been searchiing for hours now...does anyone know if there is ANY way to increase the GMA X3100 memory from 144mb? As i play games and have 4GB of Ram on my Macbook its a real shame not being able to use ore for the graphics card?

It cannot be done under OSX. It may be possible to allocate more RAM in Windows but I don't think so.

It'd not make much difference anyway: it's using the standard system RAM, not much faster, dedicated graphics RAM like a real graphics chip.

Not really, especially not in OS X. Its not a dedicated card so no matter how much RAM you allocate, there wouldn't be much a difference.
