Gmail Folders on iPhone?

i was wondering how to make folders so that i can move items into certain files, prob a really basic question but i cant figure it out.


I want like a folder for "facebook" or "ebay" and get rid of some of those like "apple mail to do" thanks

You have to make them in gmail (on your computer) then they'll show up on the phone and you can move messages that way.

Either. You can do it through Mail.app but make sure you create them on the Gmail server side and not on your machine.
