I was interested in seeing if anyone is using their iCloud email with the Gmail App for iOS?
I used Gmail for work and have gotten accustomed to the interface. When I add my iCloud email into the Gmail app it does work but is there anyway to add in a photo or avatar that will appear when other Gmail users receive emails from me?
As a side note, I do have a Google Account (that I use for my personal Google Cal, Google Photos, etc) that is tied to my iCloud email address but for some reason I can't add that specific Google account the Gmail app when logged in. It shows as logged in but when I try to open he inbox I get an error "Something went wrong. Try again later".
I suppose my main question is, am I missing something here? Or am I breaking the Gmail app by trying to turn on email for a Google account that is tied to a non Gmail address? Additionally, how can I add a photo to my iCloud account that is added to the Gmail app?
