Gmail not updating on Iphone5

    I have my 2 gmail and hotmail accts on phone to check every 15 mins. This is not happening and have to manually check. Have confirmed it is setup correctly.

    Is there an issue with retrieving email from gmail and hotmail with an iphone5?

    I'm having no issue with my gmail accounts. You can maybe try deleting the accounts and add them again.
