Gmail Notifier: "Compose Mail" goes straight to inbox?

I just downloaded gmail notifer for my powermac g5 10.4.10. version 1.9.100. When I cick on compose mail it goes straight to my inbox. The same thing happens if I click on an email address link. I have it set to use gmail as my default mail app. Everything else seems to be working. I was using an older version of notifier on my powerbook and it worked fine. Any one else have this issue with the 1.9.100 version, or is it just me?

yes I've been having this problem too
there are more annoying things, but I'd like to be able to use cmd-shift-I in safari and have it actually work.

anyone know of a fix?

I've been having the same problem too.

Has anyone figured out how to fix this? It also happens when I click on email links. Very annoying.
