Gmail with Mail app complete garbage all of the sudden (iOS too)

So as of the last three days, Mail on my personal MacBook Air M1, my work Air Intel and my iPhone has completely gone down the toilet. It takes upwards of five minutes for messages to download, changes to sync, etc.

Anyone else seeing this? I have to believe it's server side since all of my devices suddenly suck at the same time.

Yes. Also Mail, at least on my iMac (i7, Monterey), no longer automatically applies Rules to Gmail mailboxes.

I gave up on Mail client rules for gmail. Now use only server rules (configured in the Gmail web interface).

Still happening. All three of my Macs and my iPhone. Complete sync trash.
