iPod touch Gmail wont connect on my Touch

I cant seem to get my Touch to connect to my mail using the mail app. but everything else connects fine, safari, itunes, and app store.

anyone else having issues?

No problem here, just connected and downloaded my email. Has this worked for you before?

yes I got it Sunday and it's worked fine until today.

Delete your gmail account and then re- make it. Username and password must have been right since you said it worked earlier. Hope that helps.

Dont know why it stopped, but i deleted and then re did it and now its fine. hopefully i wont have this problem again. Thanks for the help. 🙂

No Problem. I have run into such a problem about 2 times now.

Same here, if you reset your gmail settings to allow acess that works too.
