Going back to the set up as new screen

Hey guys so the guy at virgin kinda skipped through all those steps just to get my phone working and Idk how to go back to the screen where I set up icloud and everything, anyone got any advice? Thanks!

Restore phone or just go into iCloud in the settings.

The only way I know how is to start from scratch. You can do a factory restore from the Settings>General>Reset or to restore it from iTunes.
