Going from 4 to 8...

My wife upgraded from her aluminum AW4 to a SS AW8 and she loves it. I’m upgrading from a SBSS AW4 to the Ultra. My battery life has really tanked this year (just checked battery health and I’m at 82%, last week it said 77%) and the features offered on the new models are really nice in my opinion.

I went from AW4 to AW8, the somewhat larger screen and always-on display are the features I like best. I was hoping for a new (flat) design but who knows if or when that will happen.

Seems there are a lot of people potentially going from a Series 4 to the Ultra. I’ve got a SSSB S4 - this is the first time I’ve been really tempted to upgrade.

I considered the Ultra in that it was the same price as the Stainless Steel Series 8, but I would never use any of the special features of it and even with a lighter material, it's larger size means it is 20% heavier than the SS S8.
