Going from Contract to PAYG on O2

When my current contract is up with O2 I want to give my iPhone to my daughter and out it on to Pay As You Go, is this possible with O2 in the UK?

Also what are the charge on PAYG for data and how does that work with regards to the iPhone?

Just insert a PAYG SIM, activate and you're good to go.

You can purchase a £10 a month unlimited data bolt on, which is free with a new O2 iPhone Pay as You Go Sim😉

OR you can brave the horrendous Pay and Go data charges 😛
