Going from iPhone 4 to New iPhone (Verizon)

I'm sorry if there is already a thread about this but I couldn't find it...the forum search never works on my iPhone for some reason. Anyway, for the people with an iPhone on Verizon: if you so desire to get the new iPhone (whenever it comes out) how will you go about doing so? Can you sell your iPhone 4 or does that not work with Verizon?

I intend to sell my iP4 and get the new one. I'll probably just end up sticking with the iP4 though.

I am intending to sell my iPhone 4 on craigslist and purchasing the new iPhone when it comes out. Depending on whatever I sell it, I will use that money plus a bit of my own to purchase the newer iPhone.

I going to stick with the iPhone 4 and skip this new version of the iPhone if it releases and get the next one. I'm happy with the iPhone 4 and love it to death. Plus, this is my first ever iPhone btw

I would erase and sell my old phone, then call and activate the new phone.

Yeah, basically. Or if you want to go without a phone while you sell it and look for a new one, a simple call to Verizon would probably do the trick.

I will definitely have a new one lined up before I go off selling my old one. So I'll take care of them both simultaneously.
