Going to buy 2018 MBP - is 13" a better choice due to throttling of 15"? It will be my only computer

The 13" throttles pretty aggressively too.

I was bored so tried out the same tests with cinebench that everyone appears to be basing the throttling issue on. Did it throttle? Yes, excessively? No. I ran it several times and it very rarely dropped below the 2.3 GHZ base, most of the time it was higher.

Funny, that looks almost identical to the i7 performance lol.
