Going Travelling With My Macbook....

Hi there,

I'm going travelling around the world for a gap year from October and am just wondering if anyone has any hardware/software suggestions for me.

In particular I'm after some diary style software, in which I can attach photos to certain days, write up notes next to them and even export them via email?

Any help appreciated
