I think space grey looks better on the 6 than the gold, I think the bands on the bank look nicer in the grey, the white against the gold doesn't look as 'blended'.

I ordered grey as well but I think it's because apple has marketed it more this year. And I fell for it! I had the silver one last year and wanted gold. My boyfriend has the gold 5s and preferred silver later but now I have fallen for the new marketing and I'm fine by that!

Interesting poll. I ordered the gold as I wanted a change. I've been staring at my black iPhone 4 for four years now, this is going to be a huge upgrade for me.

I've pre-orderd the Gold one. In the pictures the Gold is more emphasised where as in real life it's a lot more subtle and softer. It was the same for the 5S and it will be the same for the 6.

I think the gold on the 5S did it right, the new back of the Gold 6/6+ is a little much...not a huge fan of the back of the new iPhones in general but the gold seems to be the worst of the 3. Wouldn't really matter in the end to me anyway since have a case on 99.9% the time.

I would say the gold iPhone is actually closer to rose gold in color than yellow gold.

Both the gold and space gray looked better last year. I had the silver and regret not going with space gray so i ordered it this time but i just realized that the reason why it looked so nice on the 5S is because of the black on top and bottom. The bands shouldve been black. The gold isnt as nice because this phone is less classy.

I bet there is a strong correlation between which colour Apple use in the ads//pictures//keynote and the sales in the early days.

I had a gold 5s, and i went with a gold 6. Gotta say, those white bands on the back of that gold 6 phone look ugly to me. Should have went with silver. At this point it does not matter, as once i have it in a case. I wont notice anyhow. But i do believe that after watching youtube reviews, that the space grey and silver would have been a better choice.

Space Gray was appealing too. But Gold is more different than what I've had in the past. Both white and black.

definitely, i remember them using the gold a lot last year if I'm not mistaken.

If it doesn't match the Apple Watch, it is normal for sales not to be great.

And some people might not be buying an iPhone now waiting to see if it matches the Apple Watch.
