Hey guys which is beter color for the new ipod touch GOLD or BLUE. Which color looks cooler to you? :)o_O I need to decide this.

Hmm which do you guys think. I need to pick umm...... :eek::eek:
 
Those were the two colors my choice came down to as well. I went with the gold due to the extra accent touches it has that the blue doesn't, like the matching gold ring around the camera lens and the gold accent on the home button. Either one looks great though.
 
I think that the gold looks a little better than blue. Not only because of the little accents but because IMO there's too great a contrast between the blue and the white bezel. I find it visually distracting. The gold (and silver) don't have that great a contrast.

Hmm you guys make some good pints but I'm still stuck on this decision. This is the hardest decision I ever have to make in my life..maybe I just shouldn't get any:( jk and I can't afford both :cool: Hm.

Oh :oops: It's not depressing to me its kind of fun but the gold looks erotic to me. This is like trying to pick your favorite child but I do I want to look sophisticated with the gold? Maybe... :mad:
 
The blue is one of the colors that is not available on any other iOS device, so that's a plus! Also, you can consider it to be the "main" color of the new iPod touch, just like light-blue was the "main" color of the old one.

I honestly like all of the six colors this time. I did not like the yellow nor the salmon pink from the last generation.
 
Well I'm trying to decide for 11 hours now and I'm still undeciding. :confused: I like how the back looks in gold and the front looks in blue with the blue outline around it. But then I thought I'll be looking at the front mostly so maybe get blue since I like the blue around the edge? But gold looks so sexy so it's trying to seduce me onto the gold side. :rolleyes:
 
I was torn btwn these 2 colors. Went into local Apple Store and was gonna buy the 128gb Blue, but they didn't have it...so I bought the 128gb gold. Looks great. I put a case on it, so it doesn't matter what color I chose in the end. Funny thing tho...I ended up using my old rubber case for my iPT5 which still has that small hole on the back for the now missing loop....so I can still see a small circle of gold. Lol.

The gold does look classy when I take the case off. Makes it look like a small iPhone actually.
 
Product (RED) one is pretty cool too! But I bought blue and a good friend bought gold. The gold isn't gaudy at all and is nice looking, but I still like my blue one better.

I'm not sure how using an iPod touch makes one appear sophisticated? Fake-gold seems tacky to me, if anything.

I'd rather go silver or black/grey.
 
you only like the look of blue cause you're looking at it and for that reason it may distract you when using. Saying that I always liked the look of white, so I bought a black iPhone. Next one I bought the one I really wanted white. Now black really distracts me when I use one and white doesn't. So given that formula maybe buy blue.

See how silly this is haha

buy one and use it, if you get buyers remorse send it back and buy the other. rinse and repeat until you are satisfied. Thats what apples return policy is for. To ensure you are happy.
 
ps.. you can always put a blue case on your gold iPod. Can you put a gold case on your blue iPod without it looking tacky and cheap?

Blue and White seems to be Johnny Ive's favourite colours. iPhone 6Sand 6S+ in blue and white anyone

Hm you made a good point that I can return it and that made my mind relaxing a little :D I'm really close to get the blue and I might just have to go with my guts. I was almost having anxiety attack deciding this color. :( But think if the blue had a black front then I have to choose from blue and black or white and gold. Like that dress? :p:D:eek::rolleyes: Haha but I might order soon.

You sound how I felt when I was choosing my iPhone. I wanted white. I bought black. I loved it. When I bought white I loved it even more because the bezel doesn't distract me. (I reserve the right to change my mind on black vs white at anytime haha)

Oh something Ive just remembered. I really liked white with a black bumper on. It reminded me of starwars and stormtroopers. When I eventually got my white iPhone and later put a black case on I came to not like it as much. The black distracted me. It was fine when I looked at it from a distance just like when I wanted one but using it bugged me. When I removed the case I went back to feeling happy.

It could be you find the same when using the blue iPod.

You know what that's it. :mad::mad: I'm not going to be shackled down anymore and this cloud floating over my head. I'm just going to apple right now and picking a color and getting it thats it!!!!! I won't let these colors hold me back anymore. There's more in the world than what color your iPod is. :mad:

The more you dwell, the more it will eat away at you. So yeah, go to the store, make a decision, and be done with it. Seems like you'll be satisfied with either decision you make
